1. Permitted Use
The Software is provided solely as a utility for cropping, photo enhancement, and printing of original documents provided by the user. The Software is not intended to create, generate, edit, modify, fabricate, forge, or alter the information contained in any original document.
2. Strict Prohibition of Misuse
Any unauthorized alteration, forgery, fabrication, modification, tampering, impersonation, or misuse of issued Identity Documents (IDs), certificates, official records, or other legally protected documents using the Software is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the documents they access, process, enhance, or print are genuine, lawfully obtained, and that their use complies with all applicable laws.
3. Privacy and Local Processing
The Software is designed to operate on the user's local machine for document processing. PrintSwift does not intentionally collect, save, transmit, or upload personal documents or document information to external servers as part of its normal document-processing functionality.
